Atletico Nacional and Junior Barranquilla fans violently clashed in the stands at Medellin’s Atanasio Girardot stadium during their Colombian league match on Thursday.
The match descended into chaos in the second half as Atletico Nacional made it 2-0.
Visiting Junior fans appeared to break into the home section and spark a huge brawl with rival Nacional fans.
Several fans were seen wielding knives during the fight.
Many fans ran for the exits, while some came onto the pitch before riot police intervened in an attempt to halt the violence.
The match was abandoned as a result.
At least 20 people were injured with many taken to nearby medical centres.
