Standard Liege fans threw flares and broken seats at Anderlecht fans during Thursday’s cup clash at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium in Brussels.
The game was halted in the 87th minute – with Anderlecht 2-0 up – when flares and seats were thrown at Anderlecht fans from the upper tier of the stand housing visiting Standard fans.
Broken seats were also thrown onto the pitch from the away stand.
Play resumed around 10 minutes after it was stopped.
