Parana fans ran on to the pitch and attacked their own players during Saturday’s Brazilian Campeonato Paranaense match with Uniao Beltrao.
Parana were trailing 3-1 with around five minutes remaining as furious Parana supporters surged towards their players and aimed punches at some of them.
Both sets of players eventually managed to sprint to the dressing rooms as riot police fired percussion grenades to force the fans back into the stands.
Parana currently sit at the bottom of the table with just four points.
