Atletico Nacional fans clashed with police at Medellin’s Atanasio Girardot Stadium before their side’s match against America de Cali in the Colombian first division on Sunday.
The violence broke out behind one of the goals when a large group of Atletico Nacional fans from ultras group Los Del Sur made their way from the stands.
The fans threw metal barriers and other objects at police, who responded with stun grenades and baton charges.
The match was called off as a result.
