A coach carrying Bordeaux supporters was ambushed by Montpellier hooligans ahead of the two teams’ Ligue 1 clash on Wednesday.
The vehicle was taking a group of Bordeaux supporters to Montpellier’s Mosson stadium when it was attacked by a mob of Montpellier hooligans at the entrance to the city.
16 people suffered minor injuries, according to local media reports.
