Udinese and Napoli hooligans clashed on the pitch at the Friuli stadium after Napoli clinched the Serie A title.
Thursday night’s match between Udinese and Napoli ended in a 1-1 draw and that was enough for Napoli to clinch the Serie A title for the first time since 1990.
As soon as the final whistle was blown, Napoli fans raced onto the pitch to celebrate.
A number of Udinese hooligans also came on to the pitch and clashed with their Napoli rivals.
Some photos show several men using their belts as weapons to strike their counterparts.
Riot police intervened to break up the fights, and six fans were reported to have sustained non-serious injuries.
