Spezia and Lazio fans clashed in the street before their Serie A match on Friday.
Two groups of fans were filmed fighting and throwing missiles at each other on a street in the centre of the city La Spezia.
Police had to step in to break up the fight which erupted at around 5.30pm.
One person suffered a head injury and several people were arrested.
